Quality Statement
The company's aim is to provide a professional, competitive service to our clients recognising the importance of Quality Assurance in assisting the company to achieve this objective.
Our Quality Objectives are reviewed at least annually with the commitment to continual improvement. These objectives are retained in the Master Quality file and circulated throughout the company by our Quality Control Department.
We recognise Quality Assurance as a principle feature in achieving the high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty, which is essential to our development as a company.
In order to achieve our aims and objectives, we have based our Quality System on BS EN ISO 9001:2000. The Management Team and all employees at timbertecs
are committed to the ongoing implementation of this standard and the involvement of all staff in the continual maintenance of the high standards of customer service provided.
