Redrow Targets South East

The Home Builders Federation reports that Redrow has sold its Elgin-based Springfield Properties Scottish operations for £49 million. Of tnhis, £5 million is being paid in cash while £44 million deferred will be paid as developments are sold over the next three years. Eight of the sites have planning permission.
