Building Regulations Drawings & Documents for a Ground Floor Extension (Up to 50m2)

Including:

• Building Regulation Drawings
• Collation of Construction Details for submission to Building Control
• All formatted printed and sent to you for approval and submission

What you should provide:

• Fully Dimensioned Planning Drawings (available from timbertecs)
• Information on drainage, utility connections etc and other requirements of your Local Building Control

Please note:

• We may during the course of the submission ask you for information on your choice of heating systems, ground make up etc. Please respond to these requests promptly to avoid holding up your project.
• Drawings will be sent to you for approval you may make one set of changes. Any further changes will incur a charge of £125. Unless a complete re-draw is required in which case a seperate quote will be issued.
• Local Authority fees not included
