Intended to help both old and new clients engage in the development and building process in easily affordable steps, a ‘menu’ of house design, drawing, planning, building regulation and related services is available.
Free House Plans
Our on line guidelines will even help you to get started with the building design process yourself so that initially at least you can get free house plans and design ideas. You can then continue with this yourself until you feel the time is right to instruct us to produce the professional architectural quality drawings needed for discussion with and/or submission to your local authority.

Choose from the initial concept design stages right through to completion of your energy saving timber frame new house plans – including initial investigation and mandatory final performance testing ,
This includes all the SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure), DER (Design Emission Rate), and final TER (Target Emission Rate) energy calculations, as well as mandatory Air Tightness testing and Code for Sustainable Homes building design checks that you are now required to make for both new homes and house extensions and other building improvement projects.
