Professional representations of your sketch ideas suitable for discussion with your Local Planning Authority, Project Manager, Tradesman, Neighbours etc. Provided with basic indicative dimensions for discussion and review.
This special service is offered to help you avoid having to pay out for Full Planning drawings for something that may not be acceptable. These can be worked up into Full Planning Drawings at a later date once you have spoken to the parties involved.
What you will receive:
- 3 sets of drawings in hard copy created from the sketches sent to us.
We will also keep a copy on file so that if you need to make changes at a later date these can be done quickly and easily.*
What we need from you:
- We will need you to provide us with sketches of your proposed building and photographs of your site.
