Planning Permission Application & Follow Up
Submission and follow up of your Planning Application.
We will:
- Check that you have provided all documents required and submit to your Local Authority
- Follow up the application
- Liase with the Local Planning Authority throughout the application*
What you need to provide:
- Copies of all Documents needed for submission including but not limited too:
- Planning Drawings
- OS Maps
- Site Layout
- Design & Access Statement
- All other Documents required by your Local Planning Authority
- Your Full Contact Details
- Notes and Details of any Discussions anyone has had with your Local Authority regarding your site.
Alternatively timbertecs can provide all of these Planning Documents for you.

*Any meetings held externally will be costed for separately this includes but is not limited to, site visits, client meetings, meetings with Local Authorities etc
