Submission and follow up of your Planning Application.

• Check that you have provided all documents required and submit to your Local Authority
• Follow up the application
• Liase with the Local Planning Authority throughout the application*

What you need to provide:

• Copies of all Documents needed for submission including but not limited too:
  • Planning Drawings
  • OS Maps
  • Site Layout
  • Design & Access Statement
  • All other Documents required by your Local Planning Authority
• Your Full Contact Details
• Notes and Details of any Discussions anyone has had with your Local Authority regarding your site.
