What is included in the Planning Service:

• Full Planning Drawings
• Site Plan and OS Maps
• Design & Access Statement
• Details of Proposed Works
• Any other Documents and Information requested by your Local Authority
• All formatted, printed and sent to you for submission and approval

What do you need to provide:

• Professional drawings that can be worked up to produce Planning Drawings (available from timbertecs)
• Any information regarding previous applications that have been made on the site
• Notes of any discussions anyone has held with the Local Planning Authority regarding your site
• Copies of any previous approvals (ie outline or expired) on the site

Please note:

• On some projects a site visit may be necessary. This will be charged seperately
• This offer does not apply to areas of outstanding natural beauty, conservation areas or areas of known Planning Restriction. Additional charges apply for this type of application please click here for a quote.
• Drawings will be sent to you for approval. You may make one set of changes. Any further changes will incur a charge of £125, unless a complete re-draw is required, in which case a seperate quote will be issued.
• Based on the Assumption that the Local Planning Policy Documents are freely and readilly available from your Local Authority.
